High power controller

View as

The controller is a core electronic control component with a fully self-developed fuel cell system development platform. It adopts a multi-purpose design, integrates algorithms, and has embedded software development tools and independent and flexible upper computer tools. The controller provides an open application layer development environment and provides users with extensive customization capabilities. It adopts a new generation of SiC high-frequency drive technology, which can cover the power control range from 30kW to 180kW. The controller supports the control of various valves and sensors, and CAN communication and Bootloader functions. It is also equipped with the upper computer tool SeeLab specially used for hydrogen electricity debugging, which has the functions of BOP parameter calibration, subsystem loop parameter calibration, system debugging and fault checking.

In addition, the controller also has an upgradeable fuel cell power control platform, and adopts high-frequency power unit modularization technology and cost-effective Sic multi-tube parallel technology. It also adopts highly reliable multi-loop current sharing control technology, and provides a complete development kit to support dual-mode development of application layer and realize highly flexible data storage and monitoring functions.
